5 mins to Kings Beach, motel with small size room, no chairs, but have microwave! Have a ping pong table room and roof place for lesure stay.

Location was perfect for kings beach/crystal bay. This room had the best price in town and good price for tahoe in general. Very thankful for a decent priced room. Vibe around the motel grounds was very chill. It was cold but pool looked clean. All staff we encountered were very friendly.

It was comfortable and inexpensive. The owner is very nice. We’ve known him for years. The property is very old but comfortable. The pool and spa is closed. That was a bummer. He’s saving money. But the place is in a great location by the beach. It’s very quiet and great parking.

I chose the hotel as it was close to the wedding venue and parking in Kings Beach can be challenging. Staying here allowed me to walk to/from the venue. It is a very "tired" property that could use paint, new carpet, draperies, etc. It was fine for me for one night. It is close to Kings Beach and several restaurants and shops. It had on property parking and I felt safe staying there by myself.
